4. Buritos
- Fry some ground beef
- Get some tortillas
- Mexican can flatbread look like thin pancake
- put the beef on a tortilla
- plus tomato cheese and chopped lettuce
- roll it all together
- eat it wih your hand

whenever there's a big game on TV
I invite my buddies over and make some burritos
first you fry some ground beef with spices
then you get some tortillas
you know Mexican flatbread that looks like really thin pancakes
anyway
you put the beef on a tortilla
plus tomatoes cheese and chopped lettuce
then you roll it all together and eat it with your hands

it's delicious

whenever there's a big game on TV
I invite my "buddies over" (bớt đi sồ vờ) and , make some burritos (bờ ri đồ)
first , you fry some ground beef with spices
then get some tortillas   (tồ tí ợt)
you know Mexican flatbread (flát rét /d/ ) that looks like really thin pancakes
anyway
you put the beef on a tortilla   (tó ti à)
plus tomatoes (tồ mấy đồ) cheese and chopped lettuce  (lét địt)
then you roll it all together and eat it with your hands
it's delicious

Sleeping Patterns Todd : So Sarah, let's talk about sleep. How many hours of sleep do you usually get every night? Sarah : Usually, at least eight. It depends on how late I stay up but usually about eight hours, I try to get every night. Todd : And you are pretty consistent, like even on the weekends, you get eight hours. Sarah : Yes. Even on the weekends. Sleep is very important for me to feel normal and energetic. Todd : Now, do you need an alarm clock to wake you up or you just wake up naturally everyday?
