1.Cooking 1 - Casear salad .mp3

it's easy to make a caesar salad

 just take some fresh romaine lettuce and chop it in the big pieces

then put it in a Big Bowl ad the dressing and mix it all together

finally when you're ready to eat it sprinkle some shredded parmesan cheese on top

my grandmother is from New Orleans and she makes the best gumbo that's the kind of soup

she pours broth in a big pot

and she has shrimp and mushrooms

she has a lot of spices to like salt and pepper and some other spices that are a big secret

and she stirs it and cook it for hours

1. Casear salad

- Mix it all together

2. Gumbo

- Pour broth in a bit pot
- Add shrimp and mushroom
- Add a lot of spicies like salt and pepper
- Stir it
- Cook it for hour

Sleeping Patterns Todd : So Sarah, let's talk about sleep. How many hours of sleep do you usually get every night? Sarah : Usually, at least eight. It depends on how late I stay up but usually about eight hours, I try to get every night. Todd : And you are pretty consistent, like even on the weekends, you get eight hours. Sarah : Yes. Even on the weekends. Sleep is very important for me to feel normal and energetic. Todd : Now, do you need an alarm clock to wake you up or you just wake up naturally everyday? Sarah : I definitely have to have an alarm clock. Even though I wake up very easily, I don't wake up at a routine time easily. So I usually set two alarms and that will usually get me up.
